I don’t have a username and password. How can I register?
If you have non profit projects or volunteering opportunities you would like to offer, you can contact us through our e-mail form on the website. We will see if your projects meets our criteria. If they do, we create your unique username and you can start posting ads and replying to resumes.

How do I login to the restricted organisation area?
There is a login form posted on each page of our website under the main menu. Use your unique username and password to access the restricted area and open up the organisation menu.

I want to add a volunteering/ internship opportunities, how does it work?

1. Make sure you are logged in as an organisation
2. Click on the menu item ‘add a job ’ in the organisation menu
3. Fill in the form fully. Some items are already filled in. Make sure to follow the guidelines for job postings
4. Click on save to send the job to the Moving Ecuador administrator.
5. The administrator will review and publish your job posting

Where can I find a listing of all my postings?

1. Click on the ‘organisation details ’ button to access your organisation page
2. Click on the ‘ads’ tab on the bottom to see your ads
   

How can I edit or delete a posting?

1. Click on the ‘organisation details ’ button to access your organisation page.
2. Click on the ‘ads’ tab on the bottom to see your ads.
3. Click on ‘update’ to edit your post
4. Click on ‘delete’ to delete your post

I want to read and respond to resumes, where can I find them?
Once you are logged in to the organisation section, the organisation menu is available. Here you will find two resume options:

• Volunteer resumes
• Intern resumes

Can I post in other languages than English, like Spanish?
Our website is currently only available in English, this means that job posting can only be posted in English too.

What browsers can I use?

The website has been built in Firefox and displays best with these webbrowsers. You can download the latest version of Firefox here. Some older versions of Internet Explorer (5.0 and 5.1) may not allow you to log in to our secure area.
